Seasons Jewelry Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:

Seasons Jewelry ("the Company") provides a Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for jewelry items purchased directly from the Company.

2. Warranty Duration:

Each jewelry item purchased from the Company is covered under warranty for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt goods.

3. Exclusions:

The Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Jewelry items purchased from unauthorized retailers or individuals.
  2. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and faded colors.
  3. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or any external causes.
  4. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
  5. Loss or theft.
  6. Direct or consequential damages to persons or property.
4. Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim: 

  1. Provide a valid proof of date of receipt of product within the warranty period.
  2. Send a clear photograph of the defective item, along with a detailed description of the defect.
  3. Send the aforementioned details via email to customerservice@seasonsjewelry.com.
  4. Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our Customer Service department.
  5. If replacement product is needed quickly, another order can be placed while the warranty claim is processed.  
5. Remedies:

Upon validation of the warranty claim, Seasons Jewelry reserves the right to:

  1. Repair the defective item.
  2. Replace the defective item with a similar or equivalent item.
  3. Offer a refund of the purchase price, if neither repair nor replacement is feasible.
6. Shipping & Returns:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to sending the item to Seasons Jewelry for warranty evaluation. Seasons Jewelry will reimburse up to $8.50 for return shipping costs for items deemed to be covered under this warranty and will fully cover shipping for product replacement. 

Seasons Jewelry accepts returns, unrelated to warranty claims, within 30-days of receipt but a 25% restocking fee will be charged and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the item.

8. Disclaimer:

Except for the warranty expressly set forth above, Seasons Jewelry does not make any other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The remedies provided herein are the exclusive remedies under this warranty, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.

9. Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which Seasons Jewelry is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
